They required three-side printing and inspection on mono cartons—covering both serialization and non-serialization variable data—at very high speeds. Existing solutions in the global market were limited to single-side or, at best, two-side printing, and even those struggled to cross 125 cartons per minute.
However, for export products from India, the customer needed a system capable of running at a minimum of 350 cartons per minute, without compromising compliance, print quality, or inspection accuracy.
There was no off-the-shelf solution anywhere in the world.
