Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with all our existing customers in South region (Andhra, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry)
- Actively visit customer give presentation on Windows 10, comparison of existing system/software in their plant and our new product/ software and convert it to a new business.
- Actively visit customer site, inspect machines, check stock of existing spares and promote critical spares to customers
- Actively seek out new opportunities of spares, AMC through cold calling and courtesy visits to customer.
- Follow up with back-end team and make sure offers are going on time and convert inquiries to order booking.
- Initiate discussions with customer for annual rate contracts for spares.
- Attend training programs to learn more technical and professional skills for the Job.
- Conduct research on customer requirements by understanding their technical needs, initiate demo/trials in HO and convert these needs into business.
- Preparing data on lifecycle of product/ absolute products at site and promote customers to upgrade/ replace the system to ensure minimum down time.
- Conduct Audit on Service AMC visits on south region and escalate same if any gaps observed.
- Revenue Prospect of 15cr (Includes Windows 10, AMC, Spares, Service
- Charges, Buyback for both key and non-key customers)
Educational Qualification
- E. (Mechanical / E&TC / Instrumentation) or Diploma (with an additional experience of at least 2 years in similar industry)
- Graduates or Post-Graduates in Science, Commerce with previous experience of handling sales coordination for a manufacturing or trading company may also be considered.

- Prior experience of handling sales back office with Pharma / Automation / Manufacturing is a huge advantage.
