Reporting To
- Manager-Sales
Roles & Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate with regional sales executive, manager and general manager.
- Provide assistance to assigned zone in completing all necessary formalities for
Receiving purchase order(s).
- Understand customer’s purchase orders and assist in resolving unclear
requirements.
- Prepare the work order.
- Co-ordinate with services department.
- Follow up with production, purchase and stores.
- Follow up with Accounts for invoice approvals and other necessary, relevant forms.
- Communicate with regional office and customers for dispatches, recoveries and
Queries.
- Prepare dispatch plan / schedule.
- Prepare recovery plan / schedule.
- Prepare MIS reports and submit it to higher authorities.
- Participate in periodic management review meetings.
Educational Qualification
- B.E. (Mechanical / E&TC / Instrumentation) or Diploma (with an additional
experience of at least 2 years in similar industry)
- Graduates or Post-Graduates in Science, Commerce with previous experience of
handling sales coordination for a manufacturing or trading company may also be
considered.

- Prior experience of handling sales back office with Pharma / Automation /
Manufacturing is a huge advantage.
