Sr. Accounts Executive

Key Accountabilities: Indicate key deliverables and result areas for this position

Major Responsibilities Including Financial task

  • Maintain Banks Book and Reconcile on day to day Basis.
  • Entry of Purchase in Tally and prepare / collect data for Payment.
  • Prepare Outstanding Payable Reports and submit to superiors.
  • Maintain TDS database and record, File TDS returns and manage E-payments, and Prepare data require for Form-16.
  • Prepare service tax records & Excise records and provide to Superiors.
  • Reconcile the Credit card statements, prepare database and provide the same to Superiors.
  • Manage the Mobile payments, records and deal with Mobile Service providers.
  • Manage File records & ensure proper filling of papers.
  • Support Management and superiors in Finalization of Finance and accounts, and in preparing various statements regarding the same.

 

Minor Responsibilities

  • Support Superiors and management in development of Financial Policies and records
  • Preparing of various statement to provide information to Management

Executive Accounts

Key Accountabilities: Indicate key deliverables and result areas for this position

Major Responsibilities Including Financial task

  • Verify Travel expense vouchers and maintain records regarding the same.
  • Handle advances to engineers regarding travel, manage records for the same
  • Manage Petty cash
  • Prepare Travel voucher data & Petty Cash data for MIS & submit to Superiors.
  • Manage JV vouchers & Prepare required sheet to get approvals.
  • Prepare Cheques and database of Salary and deal with Banks regarding the same
  • Manage File records & ensure proper filling of papers.
  • Support Management and superiors in Finalization of Finance and accounts, and in preparing various statements regarding the same.

 

Minor Responsibilities

Service Coordinator

Key Accountabilities: Indicate key deliverables and result areas for this position

Major Responsibilities

  • Maintaining QC/Ticket Register
  • Customer coordination
  • Preparing Engineer's Plan
  • Preparing Action Plan in coordination with Customer and Service Engineer
  • Getting Customer Feedback form duly filled with satisfactory report for every ticket closure
  • Preparing/Updating reports of service viz. Daily ticket report, service engineer plan, keeping record of MOM, Monthly ticket report
  • Preparing Monthly attendance of Service Engineers
  • Keeping constant track on DVR, compiling and sending to MGMT.

 

Minor Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with admin for the travel and ticket booking of Service engineer via approved Form
  • Follow-up with accounts department for the advance release for Service engineer via Email, sms or phone call
  • Coordinating with Sales Coordinator for sending material to the service site.

 

Administrative Task

Technical Support Engineer

Key Accountabilities: Indicate key deliverables and result areas for this position

Major Responsibilities

  • Technical Support : Provide Technical Support to 1) Customers, 2) Onsite Engineers
  • Mode of Technical Support: Telephonic & Remote /Online Support
  • Testing : Testing of
    1. Samples: To Check/ Test the feasibility according to user requirement & prepare sample feasibility report
    2. IPC: i) For any dispatch of IPC or for new CPU from HO to check /test complete working of IPC/CPU according to the configuration accepted by user and prepare Hardware Test report
      II) Incoming ( from customer end) : after receiving the IT test report & RMA for any dispatch – to check /test the complete working of the IPC/CPU ( According to the configuration accepted by user) prepare Hardware test Report.
    3. New Program Files- (Exe/DLL) or any other computer file: To test /check the exe/DLL/Computer file workability as per issue reported & solution expected & prepares new program file workability test report.
    4. Reproducing Customer Issue: For all the expected solutions given to customer and the issue still continues /or new issue arise to reproduce the customer issue by setting all parameter same as at Customer site and to resolve the issue in coordination with development team.

 

Minor Responsibilities

  • Training: Providing technical training to new joinee in respect to the customer problem @ the region where the new joinee is designated for with help of customer complaint history of that region
  • Customer Training: Providing Software use and basic trouble shooting.

 

Administrative Task

  • Coordinating with HR/ Accounts/ other departments for self and team member as and when required

Service Engineer

Key Accountabilities: Indicate key deliverables and result areas for this position

Major Responsibilities

  • Interacting with customers regarding the issues and providing the Clarifications.
  • Onsite Technical Support / Installations.
    1. Onsite Customer visit for Installation & Support to resolve all technical issues
    2. Coordination with technical/software team for removing "Bugs"
    3. Coordination with sales and coordination team for all supply issue.
  • Coordination with Service Manager
    1. Resolve all the technical & Non technical issue onsite.
    2. Provide solution to software/hardware issue in consultation with Software/Embedded/CCD team
    3. Discussion with customer and resolve all issues.
    4. Preparation of Service Reports and Issue wise MOM
  • RMA
    1. Completion of RMA in coordination with CCD, Sales & Dispatch for proper handling of returnable and non-returnable material.
  • Organize training programme:
    1. Regular training program at customer end in order to educate regarding Jekson Vision System and maintaining proper documentation for the same and its efficient storage.
  • Data Management:
    1. Maintain a complete pre-installation checklist and checklist of all the installation done at customer place and to provide the copy of the same to Sales & CCD
    2. Synchronize the same to be used as reference
    3. For all out of warrantee systems plan for AMC, in consultation with sales team.
  •  

    Minor Responsibilities

    • Giving inputs in finalizing the policy for Service and as may be required by management
    • Training of the new joinees in the team as when required
    • Educate the customer to maintain proper spare for Jekson System in order to reduce downtime in case of system breakdown.
    • Regular Audit at Customer end to check the working status and to provide suggestion for up-gradation if required.

     

    Administrative Task

    • Timely submission of travel advance details , voucher and bills for on time processing
    • Coordinating with HR/ Accounts/ other departments as and when required
